When we tried to engage with customer service in January 2024, the only option available was a phone number. Email and chat were no longer available on the contact us page. However, after being on the site and exploring products a chat bot assistant appeared. Initially, we were disappointed to see as an online company without some form of electronic communication available.

While we did find a chat bot eventually and they connected us to an agent, it was a little frustrating it was not more readily accessible. The agent we spoke with via chat was helpful but did take some time to come online.

Blinds.com samples have yet to arrive several days prior to this review, so we will update when received. Most reviews online we saw did not reference shipping dates or timeliness of receipt so we assume there is not much difference in expectation.

Standard shipping is fairly straightforward once you know how it works. On each product there is a “ship date” listed. For standard shipping orders arrive 5 business days after. For example, if the ship date is 1/15/24 then it should arrive by 1/22/24 (5 business days after which is a full calendar week). It was not clear if weekends were business days, we will update if that information is provided.

We plan to engage with the installation service so will update this Blinds.com review with feedback on this service. Online reviews were mixed since each installer is local, it seems this is less on Blinds.com and more on the local installer chosen for the service.
